Tours and visits
All tours at Paseo Eilan are guided, so you can get a full look at the community and available floor plans. You can schedule a tour online or stop by the leasing office during business hours for a walk-in visit.
Application and Leasing
Applying is easy and completely online. Just head to our website to get started. If you have any questions while you're applying, our team is just a phone call or email away.
We’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID and your most recent proof of income, such as a recent paystub.
To qualify, your monthly income should be at least three times the rent amount.
We offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 18 months. Let us know what works best for your timeline, and we’ll help find the right fit.
Subleasing isn’t allowed at this time.
Yes, we require renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. It’s an easy way to protect yourself and your belongings.
You can renew through your RentCafe resident portal, or reach out to the leasing office for help with next steps.
Affordable or income-restricted housing options are not currently available.
Move-In and Move-Out Support
Yes. There’s a $75 application fee per person and a one-time $175 administrative fee.
We offer access to Updater, a helpful service that assists with moving tasks like setting up utilities and forwarding mail. Our leasing team can confirm if it’s available for your move-in.
You’re welcome to make the apartment feel like home. Just be sure to return it to its original condition when you move out.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to end your lease early, we require a 60-day written notice. Depending on your lease, options may include an early termination fee, reletting fee, and payback of any move-in concessions.
A 60-day written notice is required before your move-out date.
Before you leave, we ask that you clean the apartment and return it to its original condition. All keys and access devices should be returned to the leasing office.
Refunds are typically processed within 30 days after move-out.
Fees and Payments
The deposit is due when you apply. Here’s a quick breakdown:
- Studio and one-bedroom: $150
- Two-bedroom: $250
- Three-bedroom: $350
No, utilities are billed separately from your rent.
We have a required bulk internet package through Spectrum. It’s already set up to make getting online easy from day one.
You can pay rent online through the Bilt portal or in person at the leasing office using a check, cashier’s check, or money order. We’re not able to accept cash payments.
Yes. In addition to rent and utilities, the following monthly fees apply:
$80 for cable and internet
$35 for community amenities
$30 for standard garage parking
$25 for valet trash service
$75 for a reserved parking space, if selected
Parking
Yes, we offer both garage parking and exterior surface parking. Standard garage parking is $30 per month. Reserved parking spaces are also available for $75 per month.
Overnight guests are not permitted in the parking garage. We’re in the process of adding a guest registration system through Parqking, which will make it easy for visitors to register their vehicles.
Not at this time. While we don’t currently have EV charging stations, we’re always looking for ways to improve our amenities.
Maintenance and Requests
You can submit maintenance requests anytime through the RentCafe resident portal. It’s quick and easy to use.
Most standard requests are handled within 24 to 72 hours. For urgent issues, we’re available to respond more quickly.
Pets
Yes, we’re a pet-friendly community and welcome up to two pets per apartment.
There’s no pet deposit, but we do charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet.
There’s no weight limit, but we do have breed restrictions for safety reasons. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Cane Corsos, and others. If you’re unsure about your pet’s eligibility, feel free to ask us.
We’ve created a pet-friendly environment with features that make daily routines easier for you and your pets. The community features turf relief areas, waste stations near each building, a walking trail, and a fenced pet park.
Amenities and Facilities
Paseo Eilan offers a variety of community spaces where you can relax, socialize, and recharge. Residents enjoy two sparkling pools, gas and charcoal grills, fire pits, a 24-hour fitness center, and a clubroom with private workstations. The community also features convenient on-site retail, including dining, fitness, salon services, and more. Everything is right outside your front door.
Every apartment comes with a full-size, front-loading washer and dryer, so there’s no need for a shared laundry space.
Yes, bike racks are available in the parking garage for your convenience.
Yes. High-speed internet is included in your bulk Spectrum package and is available throughout the community.
We offer a secure Parcel Pending locker system near the leasing office. If you prefer, you can also request direct-to-door delivery from most carriers.
We offer a variety of thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. View availability and layouts on our website.
Yes, we offer virtual tours for select units on our website. If you’re interested in a specific available apartment, our team can also share photos or videos upon request.
We do not currently offer furnished apartments.
Community and Lifestyle
Yes. We host regular resident events throughout the month. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and enjoy time in the community.
Quiet hours are in place from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to help ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
You can report any noise concerns by calling the property phone number and leaving a message for the on-site courtesy officer.

Paseo Eilan is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, with quick access to local shopping, dining, and green spaces. A VIA bus stop is just a short walk away on La Cantera Parkway, and school buses pick up near Buildings 6 and 7.
Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings or on balconies. Designated smoking areas are available at least 25 feet away from all buildings and garages.
